He sets up the stand, brews live and represents the brand, as Italian Brewers Cup Champion 2017 with experience from work for and with brands like La Marzocco, Julius Meinl and Brita.

More than coffee catering
§ 01At trade fairs and events, coffee is often the first contact with the brand. The question isn't whether there's coffee, but what it says about the brand.

Booking types
§ 02Trade fairs
Multi-day bookings at the exhibition stand, high throughput, consistent quality from the first to the last cup. Planned in advance: two grinders and a bean buffer per roughly 100 guests.
Corporate events
Client events, team gatherings, receptions. The mobile espresso bar becomes the meeting point, the coffee the conversation starter.
Product launches and roadshows
When a brand shows itself, the coffee should play along. Brewed live, tuned to the brand, with a barista who can tell the brand's story at the stand.

Event questions
§ 0401 How early should I book?
As early as possible, ideally with date, location and an approximate guest count. Fair dates are fixed long in advance, good slots go early.
02 What do you need from us at the stand?
At the core: power, water access or a tank, and stand space. The rest, throughput, machines, grinders, bean volume, I plan in advance based on your guest count.
03 Outside Berlin too?
Yes. The base is Berlin, for trade fairs, corporate events and launches I work nationwide across Germany.
04 What does a booking cost?
